The Jamar 5.07 Monofilaments are designed for fast, accurate screening of sensory loss in patients at risk of peripheral neuropathy, especially those with diabetes. These single-use diagnostic tools provide a reliable way to test for Loss of Protective Sensation (LOPS) and Lower Extremity Amputation Prevention (LEAP) protocols.

Each disposable monofilament is precision-calibrated to apply 10 grams of force—the industry standard for identifying diminished foot sensitivity. An included instruction card outlines recommended test sites for consistent application.

We ship by UPS for small package shipping. We use a host of trusted carriers for LTL truck shipments.

Returns & warranty

We allow 10 days to return unopened product. Shipping back to our location must be paid by the customer. Upon approval of the product’s returned condition, a 15% restocking fee will be charged to the customer, and a refund will be provided in the same payment method issued by the customer. Any customized kits are final sale and are not eligible for exchange. We will honor any warranties from the manufacturer.

For standard shipping within Ontario, please allow 1-2 business days. Nationwide across Canada 3-5 business days. Eastern and Central USA: 3-4 business days. West Coast 5-7 business days.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unopened products that are distributed from our manufacturer network. There is a restocking fee of 30% and we require the product to be shipped back to our location warehouse where it will be examined. Upon passing this examination we’ll issue a return. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any customized nursing kit
